Our team is focused on creating a holistic event by engaging the best creative partners to curate the components and Experiences that will pair perfectly with the aesthetics that define your occasion.

Consultation.

First, we would love to consult with you which can be done in person or virtually to discuss your vision, style, colors, and budget.

Fill out our form and send us your pictures, Pinterest boards, swatches, venue rules, and your wedding details (date, location, numbers in bridal party, guest counts, etc.) before our meeting and we will create a design board just for you and your event.

Proposal.

Second, we develop your custom proposal as your guide to what we plan to create for your event!

It will contain pictures, detailed descriptions, and price ranges for each look. Your proposal will be sent within a week of our meeting.

Agreement.

Third, Love it?! Which we hope you do, then it’s time to sign on the dotted line! Once you have finalized with us, you will sign it and send it back to us with a non-refundable design payment fee. price.

We take cash, checks, Venmo, PayPal or credit card payments. We will also develop a payment schedule in which you will pay leading up to your event.

Finally, Sit back, RELAX and Kick Back your Feet. ViviD Experience will take care of all of your design need, working with your photographer and event planner to execute an amazing Experience
